SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information

Every print in the Ryan Cardone Photography shop is made custom to order — produced, inspected, and carefully packaged before it leaves our hands. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Processing Time

All prints are produced to order and handled with care before shipment, and typically arrive within 2–4 weeks of ordering. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Carrier: FedEx, UPS Ground, or USPS depending on print size and destination

  • All orders include tracking

  • Signature may be required for large format orders

International Orders

Our website currently processes US orders only. If you're located outside the United States and are interested in a print, please reach out to us directly at info@ryancardonephotography.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Packaging

Prints are packaged with archival-quality materials designed to protect your work in transit. Standard prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers. Large format prints are rolled in protective tissue and shipped in reinforced tubes. Every order is packed as if it's going on a wall — because it is.

Returns & Refunds

Every Ryan Cardone Photography print is made to order, hand-inspected, and signed. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or color perception differences between screens and print. Note: fine art prints can appear differently from digital previews — this is a characteristic of fine art printing, not a defect.

Damaged or Defective Orders

We stand fully behind the quality of every print we ship. If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ryancardonephotography.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage — both the print and the packaging

  3. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved

Once we review your claim, we will arrange a replacement print at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by Ryan Cardone Photography.

What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Color variation between screen and print (inherent to fine art printing)

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

  • Orders reported more than 7 days after the confirmed delivery date
